About Sharon
Sharon Gaskins has spent over 25 years working at the intersection of education leadership and systemic change. Her experience spans school districts, state education agencies, non-profits, and municipal government, where she has led large-scale, transformational initiatives to strengthen educational systems and accelerate student learning.
With a deep understanding of how education systems operate, Sharon helps leaders navigate budget limitations, compliance requirements, and the evolving needs of their communities. She specializes in developing strategic plans and implementing structures that lead to long-term success.
As a certified DiSC® and Five Behaviors® Practitioner, Sharon also equips leadership teams with the skills to communicate effectively and foster a culture of trust and collaboration. As a trained Co-Active® leadership coach, she specializes in coaching senior leaders to build effective teams and reach their goals.
